First of all I would like to thank Jeremy since I came to store he gave me warm welcome، This in itself gives you a good impression of the shop, the staff and the environment. However, I went yesterday to store and I had 3 issues with my car and even though I am speaking English as a second language he was super friendly and I explained enough till I understand 100% and and, also he resolved all my problems without charge me nothing I would sat thank you again Jeremy. Absolutely would be my first guy if I need to get done in my car much respect.

Have brought in my Subaru twice for minor things, state inspection and oil change, and have been impressed with the friendly and professional service. They researched service history, called when they said they would, vehicle ready when promised. Covid protocols followed with care.

As always, Craftsman has taken care of me once again. They ran tests on my car, were honest in that I didn't have the major concern I thought I did, and recommended services to correct things they saw about my car. I will be back soon!

After going to McLean Service for years, I was disappointed when it closed. However, after taking my car to Craftsman I was more than happy with the service. Drew and Trey were very professional, great at answering my questions and servicing my car. I really liked the digital vehicle health inspection, shows you what's been done and how your car is doing. Will definitely be using them again!

This is the best auto shop I have ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel like a human being rather than a customer. I'd like to thank Richard, Jeremy, and Josh who were absolutely fantastic. They are super friendly and helped me find the best tires for my price range.
