I have been dealing with a low voltage drain on my 1997 Toyota Celica convertible for more than 10 years and have gone through multiple batteries and numerous jump starts. Finally Craftsman found the problem - corroded grounds. Hats off to Richard and the crew at Craftsman for their expertise and diligence in resolving my problem.

Their Mclean location has been excellent over a number of months now with all my vehicles because of their meticulous diagnosis work and at attention to detail making the repair. I find them a very communicative shop about issues they discover with clear and no nonsense explanations about the repair/parts options available, including custom options if needed. I especially recommend their mechanic Eric, a specialist with Toyotas -- very passionate about his work. No malfunction seems to get by him. Very capable and professional.

This is the second year I've taken my BMW to Craftsman Auto Care (Merrifield). A lot has changed in 2020 to say the least, but the same level of trust, quality of service, and clean environment can be found at Craftsman! Craftsman Auto in 2019 (when I first went) was sending customers videos and summaries of the work being done on the vehicle (pre-COVID), so you get to be that much closer to the action and see what needs potential attention without having to be in the shop floor and avoiding unnecessary contact. I've never felt pressured on up-selling of services. There are recommendations that are made, but based on your own comfort level, knowledge of your vehicle, your financial situation is how you should make your decision. Craftsman advises in this regard, but does not pressure. This actually makes me want to get more done with Craftsman. Thanks for a positive experience, and making the shop clean / safe amidst widespread health concerns across the country.
