Excellent services

I had an 8 a.m. appointment for a simple oil change. I dropped the car off before 8 and although I asked them to call me when ready, they said “no, we’ll have it ready for you at noon.” I walked a mile to work and a mile back arriving at 12:15. They had done nothing. These people have no respect for your time - don’t bother with this shop.

I wish I could remember their names but the guys at craftsman auto Merrifield were so nice! I’ve had incredible experiences at this location along with the one in Fairfax. Very patient, informative, and efficient.

Great service as always. The old saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'. With Craftsman, I actualky think you might actually get a little more than what you pay for. They not the cheapest but their quality is great for what they charge.
