Its rare these days to see a auto repair service center really love what it is they do. In interacting with Richard at this location I only have positive things to say. From the first interaction consisting of calling within minutes of closing time, Richard never rushed me, he made sure to answer all my questions, took the time to get me scheduled to have 4 tires priced match against what I had found on Tirerack. Once we confirmed the options and price I gave him be credit card and we scheduled the work for 2 days following to allow for shipping which was very short. Great customer service continued when I dropped off my car, Richard gave me a ride home so I did not have to wait, and told me when I should expect my service time would be completed. I received a call 10 minutes before I was expecting, to tell me that my car was all set and that a driver would dispatched to pick me up. I had had 4 tires replaced, balanced, and mounted and in need of a 4 wheel alignment. Richard should me where the alignment changes were made and answered all my questions. The store is very clean, the people are friendly, and I would not hesitate to recommend Craftsman Auto care in Fairfax.

I came in this morning for a safety inspection, and I was intending to go home and wait for hours. Instead, they told me they’d turn around my vehicle in less than an hour!! Meanwhile, I had the most pleasant and entertaining experience hanging out with Richard and Doyle! They offered me fresh brewed coffee, and fun conversation. Bonus, they’re DC comics fans (but not really... they prefer marvel... what???). Highly recommend craftsman for their quality of work, and their coffee.... and a fun hangout. Maybe next time I’ll play Settles of Catan with them while we wait. TBD for updated review if that happens!

Absolutely outstanding service, attention to detail and compassion. Brought in my car because I hit a raccoon which got wedged in the grill and would not budge. The fantastic staff took care of the raccoon immediately, with great kindness and consideration and with no further damage to my car. While waiting, I watched the rest of the staff and they were incredibly professional, documenting issues with other vehicles with photos and notes. I'm very, very impressed with their covid safety measures, the genuine courtesy of staff and the entire experience (minus the dead raccoon). I'm happy to have found my new mechanic!
