From the initial inquiry call my experience was unexpectedly exceptional. I selected this Craftsman location because of the stellar reviews & now I see why. My auto service did not offer emissions. Just this simple service need has found a new customer. The staff are professional yet very welcoming & the waiting room reflects customer friendly. From the Keurig to tea to snacks and comfortable seating watching HGTV, waiting is like sitting in a family room. You immediately get a total report on your vehicle with photos & a CarFax report was a plus! This Craftsman location is legit in auto mechanic skills, experience & customer care. Bar none the very best experience I've had & was just getting emissions test. Also a customer waiting prior to my arrival was the best real time review to seal the deal. I immediately switched from a competitor to Craftsman. Outside of Auto care their annual community BBQ I hear is awesome. Thank you for doing what you do so well!
