Excellent service! My service guy Adrian was extremely professional and knowledgeable, he really went out of his way to get my BMW serviced and repaired correctly. I’ll definitely be going back, the staff at Craftsman were all so kind and helpful.

Craftsman AutoCare on Lee Highway is a friendly and professional place to get quality work done on your vehicle. Their customer service is remarkable and it was an enjoyable experience. I waited in the sitting area as my car was being worked on and I was offered coffee, snacks, and was even elegantly serenaded by the staff. I hadn’t previously done business here as I am new to the area, but having experienced this place now it would be difficult to go anywhere else! After my oil change the staff was very informative about the outstanding issues with my car, as well as honest and diligent about what could and couldn’t wait to be fixed. Each member of the staff is equally entertaining and unique and there was not a dull moment as I waited for my car to be finished. Absolutely outstanding customer service and work, I will absolutely be coming back!!
