I went to Craftsman Auto Care because I couldn’t figure out how to install my new wiper blades and I was getting desperate because of an upcoming trip. We frankly had stoped going there when it was an NTB, because we didn’t like the service. Matt offered to come out to the car and inside 2 minutes had the old ones off and the new ones on. He wouldn’t take anything for his effort. He was so polite and helpful it made my day! Under the new ownership, we will definitely return.
