Richard was excellent and took the time to explain what needed to be done on my Mercedes. This establishment was recommended to me by a friend. I felt they were honest and trusted the evaluation given to me on my vehicle. Based on Richards recommendations, I elected to have the repairs. Prices were lower than what the Mercedes dealer quoted. I would highly recommend them and will return for future repairs.

The Craftsman Auto Care in Mclean replaced our reliable favorite neighborhood mechanic - Mclean Automotive. I'm happy to report that the new shop is responsive, friendly and professional. I was just in for a state inspection, but they took the time to give the car a good look-over and an estimate on the next regularly schedule service. Very pleased.

Beware!!! Some technicians here don’t care about Your car. We took our car here on Friday to get something we thought needed to be fixed, in return we received our car with absolutely no coolant, started overheating less than a mile down the road one of the front desk guys had to come get us and now we have a blown head gasket... not once did anyone own up to any of there wrongs... I regret taking our car here!!! Worse decision ever!!! They smiled in our face and made us feel comfortable than completely ruined our car!! The office people are nice which is appreciated! ... but management serious needs to consider who they hire to work on vehicles and they need a strong lesson on honesty.
