Craftsman Auto Care - Fairfax
Craftsman Auto Care was awesome! I needed new tires installed on my car, and they were able to accommodate my early Saturday morning appointment request through their website. The gentleman who 'signed me in' was super polite and cheery so early in the morning. Picking my car back up was quick and easy and the service cost less than I was anticipating. One of the mechanics explained that they did an alignment measurement for me, but since no adjustments were needed I wasn't going to be charged for that. I recently moved out of the Fairfax area but and very glad I made the drive back to get my car serviced here!

Travel out of my way to use Craftsman. Reason: Andrew Gunn manager of Chantilly Craftsman Auto. I dealt with Andrew when he managed Matt Curry’s shop in Leesburg Va. Andrew defies the stigma associated to car repairs.He,s personable, honest ,super knowledgeable and hands on in his business. My first visit to Craftsman lived up to my expectation.Andrew as always outlined what needs to be done and what’ optional or can be done at a later date.His employees follow his lead in competence and service. Highly recommend Craftsman in Chantilly. You won’t be disappointed.
