Quick service and great customer service at a reasonable price.

Extremely efficient. Make an appointment because they get very busy, which is a good thing. Very straightforward and constant feedback about your vehicle without being pushy. A few times while I was waiting I could actually overhear the staff having conversations about NOT charging customers for work the customer DIDN’T need. And many of the customers I could tell were regulars. Waiting room is very well kept, and there’s plenty of places close to eat while you wait if you choose. And Covid precautions here are well implemented. I have auto repair places closer to where I live but I’ll continue to use the Craftsman folks.

Excellent service. I went in to get a maintenance check for my car. The service was done quickly and I was sent a detailed text covering the inspection of my vehicle for free! Everyone here was very friendly and helpful and didn't push for any expensive or unnecessary service.

The service I've received at Craftsman Auto Care has been extremely outstanding. I appreciate the photos they send showing exactly what will be done including the reasons for proposed repairs / service and follow-up telephone calls to ensure I'm ok with any proposed repairs or additional services. I consider the responsive customer service and detailed auto service to be the best I have ever received. Craftsman Auto definitely stands "heads and shoulders" above anyone else!

Great service, very polite when i came in. The work done was impeccable. I really like that they gave me a review of what work needed to be done on my car. So i can plan out the service over the next few months.

I was very impressed with the service and care provided by Craftsman. Doyle was super helpful in explaining everything going on with my transmission replacement. While it wasn't an expense I had anticipated, I felt completely comfortable with Craftsman's judgement and now my car is in perfect operating order. I had my car towed to them on a whim because I wasn't familiar with any auto shops in my area, but I'm so thankful I did. I highly recommend Craftsman and will be returning in the future.
