THE ABSOLUTE BEST AUTO SHOP EXPERIENCE! I cannot say enough to express how great the Fairfax Craftsman Auto shop is, but I'm going to try. I think it all starts with their incredible customer service. The staff is all very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and they take the time to really establish a relationship and trust with their clients. Whenever you bring your car in, they first provide a digital inspection report that includes photos of your car, with a color coded status for each piece (red, yellow, green). As someone who doesn't know a whole lot about the inner workings of a car, I really like how this lays out the "health" of your car in easy to understand terms. Then they follow up with a phone call to explain everything and give you options regarding the next steps. They are very up-front and honest about pricing and never try to push you into paying for something that you don't need. The staff at Fairfax Craftsman is just the best, and I trust them with my car completely. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to these guys, you won't be disappointed!
