They sent me a report on things needing fixup in 2hrs after taking in my car, which included photos of the tread wear, rotor condition, tire mis-alignment parameters etc. Wow! Texted me what they recommend to be done. Nice staff and reasonable prices. I'd go back to the Vienna location if needed.

Customer service is very professional. The waiting room & shop at the KINGSTOWNE, VA. location are very clean, well-maintained and welcoming to customers & their pets (w/ dog treats & a water bowl for Fido). They did take a LONG time to complete the work. My 'brake job' on one axle (w/ new rotors) took almost 6 HOURS. The 'delay' was partially due to their ordering the "wrong" parts from their warehouse? Once the error was caught, & the correct part re-ordered, the job went smoothly. I really like the 40 pt. full auto 'inspection' Craftsman provided. They caught many problems proactively, & provided very good recommendations & 'alerts'!!!

I've had a trusted mechanic for 20 years, but moved to NOVA in 2016 and couldn't find a replacement until I found Craftsman Auto. They truly put my import back together after sitting for over 6 months. they upgraded my turbo, exhaust manifold, high pressure fuel pump, installed high flow CAT, fixed broken vacuum and return lines, radiator flush, inatalled rear motor mount, tightened my suspension, ordered missing gaskets, conducted an oil change, COBB Tuned it and passed my state inspection, ALL while keeping me updated throughout the process. I'm very happy with their work and customer service and hope to continue this relationship for a long time! Thanks guys!

Lack personality far as customer Service and the guy acted if I didn't know how to redeem my groupon voucher wasn't happy with him at all he told me that they weren't running a groupon and checked to see if my groupon was valid but good work on my car I guess they take forever

BEWARE - NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! Do not trust this place with your vehicle. Had our company van towed here because it would not start. 1. Claimed fuel pump had no pressure and needed to be replaced. 2. Claimed distributer shaft had play in it and needed to be replaced. 3. Claimed ignition wires were bad and arching, causing the distributer to go bad. Would need to be replaced. Finally - Claimed that they would need to replace the fuel pump and distributer just to get the vehicle running. BUT... the distributer would eventually fail again if the spark plugs and wires were not replaced. Total cost $2,470.58 After reading previous reviews on this place I decided to call my local Chevy service department only to discover it to be cheaper to have this vehicle towed 100 miles and have the work done at a Chevy dealership... but the kicker was that none of that was required. Fuel line was clogged which worked itself out after all the towing. There is no play in the distributer shaft. Wires and plugs were fine. My mechanic hooked up a pressure gauge to the fuel pump and showed me 70lbs of pressure. Actually a little high.
