Do not trust these guys. I brought my vehicle here for a standard safety inspection. After replacing two tires and battery terminals they failed me for the passenger safety air bag sensor. They told me that they had to order a new sensor and would call me when it came in. They called me on a Monday and told me the part had arrived, so I scheduled to bring my vehicle in on Wednesday. I was out of town, so my wife had to go to the appointment. After she waited for over an hour, they said they actually had the wrong part - so she had to wait another hour for them to go get another. They “replaced the sensor” but told her that it was actually a different problem, so she’d have to bring the car back another time. They did such a shoddy job that when she got the car back the turn signal did not work. I called them and they said they must have knocked it loose when they were putting in the sensor (which they said they took back out so I still had my old sensor). For my inconvenience they literally offered to “be as efficient as possible” if I brought the car back to fix the air bag issue. The fact that these guys think being efficient is some sort of special deal for a customer is all you need to know about this business.
Hi Travis - We apologize that we initially had ordered the wrong air bag sensor. We had no way of knowing it was not the correct part until the bumper was removed. As soon as we realized this, we sent someone out right away to pick up the new part. Unfortunately the problem went deeper then the sensor. We realize you did not have the time, so we offered to provide you with our loaner car. Though we charged for the pre-paid part, we didn't charge you for any labor. We had also explained that we wouldn't charge you to look further into the situation to diagnose the problem, but you denied the offer. Really good service, though I think their prices might be a bit high. I needed to replace a fog light. They got me in immediately and even offered -without my requesting- to drive me back to the DMV so I could continue registering my car. They were communicative during the process and provide me an inspection report that listed their suggestions. Even once I got back from the DMV and my car was done, they offered (again, without me asking) to put the plates on for me. The entire staff was very professional and courteous.

Groupon deal for tire alignment. Was estimated at two hours and took 1. Very satisfied. Also came with inspection, 'oh you need this', yadda yadda, blame the game not the player. Competent and sent invoices and statuses to my email and I imagine pictures had I asked. Good place to visit, if not a bit expensive with no Groupon deal.
