First five stars I ever give to an auto shop. Not only they were done in time, but they were also explaining everything and the bill was less than initially expected. I'll use them again if I'll be in the area for sure. Also pet friendly, they even have treats, water bowls and the waiting area is pretty clean compared to all the other places I've been at. So give them a chance if you're nearby.

They are the best. Great service and very honest. For years I only took my Lexus LS 430 to a Lexus dealer for maintenance/service. I never really found an auto repair shop with the expertise and talent to work on high end luxury cars....at an affordable price. Well the search is over. Craftsman Auto Care can do it all and do it well without charging dealership rates. I could not be happier with the service and the money I am saving.

A fantastic staff that is always willing to assist and make sure the job gets done. No pressure whatsoever, and they explain things throughly and clearly. I'll always take my car to these guys over the dealership if I can. Bob is great! Amazing customer service especially in today's world where good customer service seems hard to come by.
