(Get a quote before you even step in) Just an amazing customer service and probably good auto care. But they have hefty labor charges and parts price. As example $550 to change break pads on Nissan.
Nilansh - We are not the most expensive or least expensive place, as we only use the highest quality parts and have master technicians who work on the car to guarantee the highest level of workmanship. We also have an industry leading 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. The quote we gave you was for both front and rear brake pads and rotors for your Nissan Altima. Ken was an absolute sweetheart to work with. He told me what was necessary to fix and what could wait, and what would be the best value to do at the same time, so I never felt like I didn't know what they were doing or if they were trying to rip me off. They were communicative, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Everyone is very nice and professional. Just a safety inspection this time, but they still did a checkup & Carfax report. Car was ready earlier than promised. One thing, they need to work on being "touchless" as having to sign for the credit card with the stylus is very pre-virus.
