I've known Ken back in the Goodyear days and now he's with Craftsman. Good customer oriented guy and always looking out for the best interest that benefits customer's needs regarding their automotive. Clean shop and good amenities. I purchased a groupon for brake replacement, but my car’s issue went beyond pads and rotors. Matt and the team at Craftsman really put in the extra work to fix what turned out to be a confusing problem. I’m much more confident in the safety of my vehicle after taking it to them.

My fiancé had her car inspection here and they treated her wonderfully. Very respectful and overall a great experience, will definitely go back. We were a bit under the weather and they offered us tea and coffee. They make you feel like they actually care about you and appreciate your business.

Not your average mechanic shop. They have serviced multiple Porsches and NSXs between my friends/family. Very experienced mechanics in the back and professional customer services reps in the front. Trustworthy, honest and reasonably priced. Special thanks to Troy.
