My schedule is pretty tight since I'm a front line worker. Half of my team is out with Covid so I have to cover long shifts! I walked in. Got greeted with a friendly welcoming. They took a look at my tire and had 2 nails. They ordered it and came the next day. Came in switched the tire out. Took less than 40 mins or less. Best customer service I've had! Thank you guys so much!!

Andrew and the team at Craftsman Chantilly are helping me catch up on the deferred maintenance on my 2010 GMC 2500 diesal truck. The prior shop didn't tell me when things needed to be done. Andrew and the team have identified what is past due - as an example, my shocks were original on a heavy use truck with 92k+ miles... UGH! So those were done yesterday as well as some fluid flushes that had never been done... I expect to get 300k-500k miles on this truck but know it needs to be properly maintained. Thankful to have found Craftsman Chantilly and the team led by Andrew to make sure my truck is safe to drive and haul the horses and is maintained properly so I will get the expected life from it.

Brought my car in to be checked before a road trip. They did a full assessment, topped off all my fluids and let me know my car was all good. They did all of this without charging me and my car was ready the same day! Thanks guys!
