It was a pleasure meeting with the Craftsman Auto Care team to discuss and come to an agreement on the work needed to be done on our vehicle. Shout out to one of the owners who freely extended himself by personally testing my stalled car to drill down to the issue, to Service Advisor Krystal for her fine rapport with people and good common sense and to the informative and patient mechanic who pointed out everything that was replaced and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done. My goodness, what an awesome group of ppl they have working here. Everyone from the Techs to the managers is knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Crystal, Matt and Richard actually LOVE AUTOMOBILES and their work and customer service is a reflection of that. The prices are extremely reasonable and the work is good quality. I see why they are ALWAYS BUSY! Lol I’m grateful to have found them and am looking forward to them helping me restore and repair my Jeep!
