My 2007 Camry just got serviced in Craftsman Alexandria. I am very impressed with how they sanitize the car and how they treat the car as a whole. The car is running smoothly and is in great shape because of Craftsman. And they don't overcharged you like others.

The staff was great. Walked in without an appointment and they were able to get my jeep in and looked at. Came in for a transmission issue that was under warranty but they also recommend I take care of a few other issues. The jeep has 200k+ miles on it and the issues were better dealt with now than later. They dealt directly with the warranty company and gave me a loaner while my jeep was in their shop. The warranty company wouldn't let them work on the transmission and I had to take it back to the shop that last did the transmission work but staff at Craftsmans were great. Will be coming back here to get work done on my front brakes. 5 stars
