My oil change took about an hour/pretty straightforward since my appt was at 7am. The front desk had on mask/gloves, sprayed the inside of my car with disinfectant prior to the oil change. Being a petite female, I dread going to car places but everyone I've encountered at the Fairfax location was professional, friendly, and courteous. I will definitely be back for my car alignment/maintenance services.

Adrian was courteous, business-like, and exact in offering and setting up my appointment. The store was open before 7 a.m., and Ken called me up even before 7 a.m. to begin to process my pre-purchase inspection of a motor vehicle. The time estimate to wait was accurate, and the the lounge was clean and quiet. Excellent staff, friendly and attentive to all, and nice environment. Will be coming back.
