Always a pleasant experience working with Brandon and his team at Craftsman Auto Care - Alexandria. I really enjoy the photos they send of their inspections and the results, which make it clear what is being talked about, and whether it is good or bad. I also appreciate the time they take to answer my questions and make sure I understand what work is being done and why. I am not a mechanically-minded person at all, but I like knowing what is going on, and they never make me feel bad for not knowing, or for taking up their time asking questions. All in all this is one of the best mechanics shops I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Great staff. Very helpful and honest. It was great to go into a mechanic and ask "is there anything wrong with the car" and they will be honest and say "No" instead of selling me something I don't need.
