I received a prompt diagnosis and a layman-friendly explanation of the cause of my gas gauge’s inaccurate readings lately. I’m happy with the service I receive at Craftsman and have been going there for a couple years. I’ll return for the fuel sensor repair job in a few weeks.

My car is 16 years old and has always been serviced at a dealership until my recent first visit to Craftsman Auto Care. I received the most detailed diagnostic report on the car that I've ever seen. Areas/subsystems in the report were color coded (green, yellow, and red) to indicate what was in good shape, what was close to requiring maintenance, and what needed to be addressed immediately. In my case, the vehicle required a new lower control arm along with a 4-wheel alignment and new rear brakes. I feel like these folks work well as a team and did a good job making the necessary repairs. I think I've found a good, trustworthy replacement for my local dealership.

They gave my car a general look over since I swore it was not driving correctly. They were super kind and willing to squeeze in my car last minute. Great communication. Will definitely go back for any future issues (hopefully not anytime soon).
