I was impressed with my first visit to Craftman Auto Care (Merrifiled), the place is clean and loaded with hand sanitizers. Everybody working there is polite, attentive and professional. I took my car to get new brakes, they got it done in 2 hours. Very happy with their service. I will not hesitate to go back in the future.

The team went out of their way to communicate about the repair strategy, cost, and estimated time for completion. They even provided a quick fix to an issue they saw while completing the larger repair without extending labor hours or driving up the final cost. All staff were wearing masks or covers, there was plenty of hand sanitizer, and they used a disinfectant spray in the car before starting and after finishing for no charge. Hands down, the best auto shop in the area.
