This was my first time bringing my car to this company. Super convenient for a busy person like me. I was able to schedule an appointment online the night before. My appointment was accepted and I dropped off my vehicle. I have an older 2008 Lexus ES350, low miles, but was in need of new brakes, rotors, tires, inspection, and emissions. I'm embarrassed to mention what Lexus quoted to complete this service. Craftsman did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and provided a detailed explanation of needed repairs and the repairs that will be needed in the near future. The inspection and write-up was texted to me, complete with photographs for my review. I approved the repairs I wanted to move forward with and that was it! My car was finished same day. My service tech was Drew, who provided service with a smile (I could tell behind the covid-19 required mask), and provided prompt responses to all of my questions. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here and I will be returning for any future work I have on my vehicle.

2nd review and STILL outstanding service from Craftsman Auto Care! When my car needed a new engine...they went over and beyond to get me back on the road. More recently, my A/C stopped working and I took it back to Craftsman because I trust their mechanics who are bar none, extremely knowledgeable and quick to pin point what the issues are without a lot of "fluff" added to their inspection report. Great and quick service! I opted for the concierge and they came right away to pick up my car. I received the diagnostics via email and was able to review before work was to be done. Service over the phone was ideal and my car sounded great once I got it back.
