Excellent service!!!

I came here after being disappointed at Chevy dealer in Fairfax. The dealer was unable to fix my service trailer brake light, told me several times it was my trailer not the truck. Feeling defeated I came to craftsman auto care for front end work and thought I see if they could figure out my mystery problem. Sure enough Andrew had an idea of what it might be. They complete fixed my trailer brake harness. I now only come to craftsman auto care for everything. I have never been more impressed by a auto mechanic!

Superb, fast and trustworthy! I’ve never gone to a service station that sent me pictures of every part of the car that they inspected. They made recommendations on what I needed but weren’t pushy at all and gave me an estimate with price breakdown so I could compare with other places. Which brings me to my next point, you can’t beat their prices! I will definitely go back to this store again for all of my oil changes and maintenance needs!

As always, Craftsman took excellent care of my car and provided detailed information on what repairs were needed now and what would be needed down the road!
