Outstanding in every way! This was my first experience with Craftsman. Drew was great checking me in and keeping me informed on status throughout the day. I really appreciated the inspection checklist with comments and photos that was emailed to me. Drew and I discussed and agreed on what to do. Maintenance bays are sparkling clean and everything seems to have its place and is well organized. I will definitely go back for future needs. They took great care of me and my Jeep!
