Excellent service all around. My mechanic took the time to call me multiple times to ensure I understood the diagnosis and was comfortable with the repairs. The small town feel of the shop's customer service makes me what to take my car their again.

Took my vehicle in today to get it checked out after making noise around the rear end. The dealership was going to charge me several hundreds of dollars more than Craftsman had quoted me to fix the problem. So, of course I went with Craftsman, and I am very happy with my decision. After dropping it off, about 30 minutes later they call and have a detailed diagnosis of the problem and their quote for the total for the repairs. A couple hours later, I am getting a call letting me know my vehicle is ready.Craftsman as always, does great work and I am completely satisfied. Also, they have a great warranty on their work and parts and you just can't beat their friendly customer service. I will continue to bring my families vehicles here and continue to recommend Craftsman to all my friends.

Conveniently made an appointment online the night before for an oil change. Dropped off my car, and in about 30-45 minutes, I received a text and email with an inspection report which included photos. Craftsman Alexandria was clean (employees even wore masks when dealing with customers), prompt, and professional. Thank you!
