Great service & work!

When Craftsman Autocare says they guarantee their work, they mean it! After going through the financial pain and agony required of replacing a clutch on my 1980 911(There's was the best quote I had at the time), the clutch began to slip slightly. In addition the alternator which had recently been rebuilt wasn't quite charging sufficiently. Replacing the clutch requires dropping the engine among other things which they did again. Turns out, the clutch only needed some adjustment; however, in the process of dropping the engine they discovered a need for a new axle that they replaced for free because of the inconvenience created by my not having my daily driver for a while. In addition to replacing a defective hose, the total bill was $00.00. Guarantees made! Guarantees Kept! Yes, I'm a fan. They've treated me extremely well over the years and recommend them without reservation.
