Craftsman Auto Care was fantastic from my first contact by phone to completion of my service. I had pretty major service done on my Pilot (timing belt/spark plugs replacement/112,000 miles). They completed it the same day and even gave me an FCPS employee discount, which I really appreciate! My car is running like new again. I am so pleased and will definitely be returning here when I need more work on my Pilot.

Amazing work and professionalism! I dropped my car off to have them professionally install a downpipe and rear motor mount for my Hyundai N. They went above and beyond by also doing a car inspection and listing out my deficiencies--ones that I would never have seen coming AND I just got my car inspected and oil change from the Dealership. Brakes remaining usage, wires being eaten by rodents, tread wear, safety inspection, and the whole nine yards. They also gave me a good estimate and quote. Interestingly when I went to pick up my car the next day, (that was a fast job they did too! Despite some difficulties with bolts breaking..) the cash register took a fritz and manual information had to be taken down during rush hour. I am just happy at the two(?) mechanics who worked on my car and had all the expertise to make it work. Good job guys! Its hard to find good mechanic shops sometimes.

As always, Matt and his Team at Craftsman Auto in Merrifield continue to warrant a five-star review from me on their work and care for my Austin Healey 3000 kit car (which has a 5 liter V-8 engine). They are top technicians and mechanics as well as have been respectful and courteous in all my dealings with them. It is a real pleasure to work with them.

I went in to get the oil changed on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Turbo-4 and the people at Craftsman-Merrifield took great care of me. They were able to change the oil and do a complete inspection with some suggestions on things to look for in the next 10-20k miles. There was no pressure and they even gave me a military discount. I will be sure to skip bringing my Jeep back into the dealer for maintenance and come back to Craftsman.
