I had such a great experience at Craftsman Auto - Merrifield. I went in to have the brakes on my wife's A4 changed and they did a full inspection and were able to fix a few minor items at the same time. I also had a complementary ride home and didn't have to wait hours at the shop. The service was excellent and I will definitely be going back.

I only take my car to Craftsman. I love the inspection report that details the health of various systems in my car. The format makes it easy for a non-car person like myself to understand and make thoughtful decisions about the maintenance of my vehicle. The staff is always great too!

I didn't want to rat you guys out......but I think you gave me back the wrong car. I mean it's the same license plate, the exterior and the VIN numbers are the same, but noooo way this is the car I bought in for service. You guys are the BEST!!! The entire service team is terrific. They worked with me on pricing and got my car back to me very quickly, and even replaced my broken mud flaps. I live in Bowie Maryland, but as long as I continue to live in the DMV for my auto repairs Craftsman Auto Care is the one for me. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!!!!

Excellent service, well organized, polite. Received an email summarizing what was found and what level of urgency I should have to correct. Moreover, vehicle was returned to me in the time promised. Will be going back for regular service.
