I had an appointment for the oil change at 1:00 pm the gentleman told me it will be done within 1 hour I took UBER to school came back at 3:15 and saw they just took my car to the service and I had to wait another hour so they can finish it, please respect the customer time and don’t lie. Awful customer service
Hasib - We let you know from the start that the oil change service would take at least 2 hours. If you cannot recall, we have video and audio evidence to prove our statement. We do not feel this review is fair, as though we did take a little longer on your vehicle, you were still pleased with the work we completed. Service was great. Called and was told to come in right away. Only needed a oil change but they inspected the entire car. The price was perfect. Andrew was wonderful in explaining the whole break system to me. That’s something not many mechanics do when your a female. Which was great. The wait wasn’t that long either.
