After having an extremely frustrating experience with a different car place, I brought my car into Craftsman. They were kind, helpful and friendly. The waiting room was warm and comfortable. I didn’t realize the wait time would be so long, so they brought me home. After my past experience, it was so refreshing to come to a place that actually cared!

Everyone here goes above and beyond with customer service. Right before I leave, Troy runs through a list of things people often forget to take with them, like IDs and sunglasses. It’s a small kindness that helps so much.

I have never been so impressed by an Auto-service location. The gentleman helping me were extremely informative, cooperative, and willing to work with my schedule. I so much appreciated receiving the inspection report card via text on my phone with pictures. As a female, going to the shop can be intimidating and hard to not feel like someone is trying to take advantage of you. With the report card, there were pictures from my car to go along with every review and recommendation so I knew all the recommendations were legit. It was so helpful and I will definitely be coming here for all my autocare needs!
