I've been with Matt the manager since his time with Curry's. The service is done right the first time. The pricing is reasonable and they break down any problems you have with your vehicle and prioritize them. They let you know what the issues are and they prioritize them according to their timeline and urgency associated with the problem. They staff is very friendly and the facility is always clean and comfortable. Highly recommend them for auto service.

I popped 2 tires on a business trip and they were able to make sure my car was safe enough for me to drive home. they also did an inspection for free and showed me other issues they found with my car that I would have never known about.

Chantilly location! I can’t tell you how amazing this shop is! I was avoiding getting new tires/service done just because it takes 3-4 hours. I called to schedule my service and they said the tires could be there in 12 hours. So, I took my car in the next day. I had to change the drop off time multiple times, which they were very flexible about. I needed a ride home last minute and they took me home after drop off. Just as predicted, the service was done in 3 hours and I went to get my car. Andrew was very knowledgeable with his recommendations and didn’t try to do services I didn’t need, which I appreciated. Upon checking out, I started talking about the coupons I had. Bob told me that he would take care of it. I ended up saving $50 more than anticipated. From start to finish, getting new tires, a balance, alignment, and oil/filter change was easy and affordable. I appreciated their willingness to work with my crazy schedule and appreciate Bob’s kindness. I felt like I was in a small town shop where everyone is family. There is no doubt I will be returning to Craftsman for my next services!
