It appears these guys have broken the code on how to fulfill the need for good, honest, trustworthy auto care. We've all looked for it and I think I've found it. Had a diagnostic test done for several dash lights which came on with my 2012 Toyota Camry. I'm always early and they got me right in and completed within the time frame they told me (I waited in their waiting room). The report was thorough, Leesa gave me options and there was no pressure on doing the more expensive option (a first for me). They sent (texted) me a report w/ photos of not only the issue causing my warning lights but the status on EVERYTHING on my vehicle and items which were fine and several that may need attention in the future...again, no pressure at all. They offer a military discount which always says a lot about a place and management to me. They have a new customer with me - and the three generations in my family!

I had couple of hours spare and went to CAC location to see if OIL Change can be done during this time. I went in around 1:10pm, Leesa greeted me and told me that it can be taken care in 1-1.5 hr. I decided to wait for my car in the lobby. Around 1:50 pm, Leesa told me that oil change is done and my car is waiting outside for me. It took around 40 minutes in total. This is fastest ever oil change service I have seen in last 15 years. I received the digital inspection report through text I was totally impressed by the services provided at this location.

Groupon led me to them for an oil change and so glad it did! Very professional. Also did a bit of a diagnostic with a cool texted report, and also gave estimates for anything noteworthy. No upsell, just great, honest work.
