I was extremely impressed with the service you all provided from start to finish. Booking an appointment online was easy and I received confirmation immediately. Since the service itself took awhile, I opted to drop off my vehicle instead of waiting in the shop. You kept me updated through the phone as work was being done and sent me a thorough inspection report of my vehicle with pictures and explanations online. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming as well. Glad to know there's an excellent shop right around the corner from my home that I can visit when needed. Thank you!

I brought my car here for a simple emissions and state inspection (new resident) .... the service was outstanding, the readout was much more comprehensive than I was expecting, and there was zero upsell. Of course, yes, "recommended service", but absolutely no pressure to make an appointment with them or have it done before picking my car up etc.
