Craftsman Auto Care provided fast and professional service to my Subaru BRZ in November 2019. The technicians replaced a dead battery, changed the engine oil, and refilled the tires. Leesa was very nice on the phone when I made the appointment. Drew met me at the counter and explained the service plan. He also provided a comprehensive inspection report about 35 minutes after drop-off. The report accurately reflected the condition of my car and had links to videos explaining nearly every element of the inspection. I thought the waiting area was comfortable. The service charge was very reasonable for the amount of work accomplished. My car was in the garage for only 70 minutes. Active duty military receive a 5% discount on parts and labor. My wife and I intend to bring our cars to this garage for our car maintenance needs.

Andrew and the team at Craftsman Automotive is the best AutoCare center in the DC Metro Region. They are the most understanding, honest, and realistic engineers I have ever met. I have a 2009 BMW 750i and they have treated my car likes it's there own. If you need to have your BMW worked on never take it to the BMW Dealer! You have to take it to Andrew at Craftsman Automotive!!! You can trust and believe they will treat you right!
