I always go to Craftsman Auto Care because I trust them to treat my car like it's a finely tuned race car, even though it's just a 5 year old Jetta. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and make me feel that I am a valued customer. Even when I bring my car in for something small, like the tire patch they did yesterday, I know that the Craftsman Auto Care team will attend to every detail and never slack on any service. The location is clean, the waiting room is comfortable, and I have always been treated respectfully here. Plus, the value for the price is amazing. I hope that this shop remains here for many years to come - as long as they're open in the Northern Virginia area, this is where I will bring my vehicles for any and all care and repairs.

Ok, I am not happy about the cost but I appreciate the lack of pressure to do particular recommendations. I hate when I am told that the world is going to explode unless you do such-and-such. Craftsman does not do that. I am given the list of issues and the risk associated without doing the maintenance and left to make the choice. Thank you again for taking care of me and I definitely appreciate things not cropping up after due to poor workmanship. Keep it up!!

For changing tires it is taking 3 hours and i have no idea why? They said it would take only 1 hour however I had to cancel my meeting for this ! This place needs to get it done in time because i dont want to wait for an extra 2 hour!
