I brought my Tesla M3 into Craftsman Auto Care to replace one of my tires and I must say I was very impressed that they knew all the nuances with changing tires on a Tesla car. And at the end they explained how they performed the tire change to help squash any fears I had about service being performed at a non Tesla Center location.

They're quick and straight to the point. Good old fashioned service.

I came in to get a fuel pump change. Got a 'check engine' light a few days after. I get a text from McLean Auto asking if there was any issue. I say yes and hear nothing back. Dealership says it was a broken rollover valve on the fuel tank. Something that is accessible while working on the fuel pump. I bring this to Wayne at McLean Auto. He refuses to take responsibility and suggests it would be impossible. Looking at the schematics, it's not only possible but highly likely that you would have issues with it. Wayne, you owe me $1000 for having to fix that issue myself. I won't pursue it legally, but you have lost a customer and bought yourself this bad review.
