This shop is one of the best independent car shops I've had the privilege or patronizing over my many decades of driving. One of my favorite things they provide is the comprehensive inspection that gets sent to you (via email, text or both!) within minutes of their going over your car (includes pictures and explanation videos for various items). What a fabulous use of technology that you don't usually find (even with dealers). They fixed the carp out of my A/C during the summer and recently I took it in on very short notice when my tire light illuminated (no visual loss of air could be seen). They offer free rides to/from your home, Metro or car pool lot when you have to leave your car on a work day (huge in my book if it saves me a cab/Uber expense!). I feel confident that I will enjoy my lovingly maintained, nine year old trusty vehicle for many years to come with this group on board to assist.
