Amazing Service!!! I asked Craftsman Auto Care -Ashburn to do the impossible and they exceeded expectations. My Tundra needed extensive work (Replace spark plugs, front struts replacement, rear shocks replacement, radiator replacement, and alignment) and of course the work needed to be done before Thanksgiving travel in a couple of days. What should have been a two day job was done in one day giving me time to pack at my leisure the next day and get ready for travel. The team took extra care to give great customer service. This is my third visit to Craftsman Auto Care-Ashburn and every visit has been pleasant with great customer service and fantastic work on my Tundra. A special thank you to Richard, Crystal, and Brandon for going beyond my expectation and setting a high standard of quality. A few months back, I was driving early in the morning when my car battery light came on. I immediately turned around and went to Craftsman Auto Care. They let me in a few minutes before the store opened. My car was fixed later that morning. I would highly recommend Craftsman Auto Care!

Craftsman technicians really understand what great customer service is all about. They spent a 1/2 hour this summer trying to get a rusty bolt off my license plate after I had just moved to the area. They patiently worked the problem and got the job done in a highly professional manner. Well done Craftsman Auto Care.

This is the first auto shop that I feel like I can really trust what they say. They will even take me under my car to show me things so I understand what the problems are. Their prices are fair and the staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. This is my go to even though I moved further north.

I brought my tires and wheels in for them to put my winter tires on and they were done in less then a half hour. Good quality work.

Impeccable service and an even better price! To my surprise, my car needed a new transmission. The quote I received was 30% more than what I received from Craftsman. After making the decision to continue with the repair with Craftsman, the service was amazing. They had the job complete in less than 3 days!
