My tire had been slashed and a passing Craftsman employee, William, saw me and was kind enough to help me put my spare tire on. At Craftsman, everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and professional. New tires were ordered and replaced within a few hours and I was able to get a different car issue taken care of as well, all without any exorbitant fees. Would definitely recommend.

I too was stupid enough to buy a Groupon for a Virginia safety inspection from this business. I have been through many of these but I have never had the process include a road test and a 2 1/2 hour inspection. I guess if you need to drum up business you are smart to offer a discount coupon to bring the suckers in. I don't think this business is trustworthy and would never go back.

This is a great repair shop. Appointments can be made online and they followup with reminders. Work that needs to be done is done on time and with care. Check ins and check outs are efficient.

Matt and his team were extremely thoroughly and did an excellent job on my car. They even went ahead and took care of some smaller maintenance issues I had been neglecting. Customer service was fantastic and I will definitely be returning next time I have an issue.
