Vernon at Craftsman really knows his stuff. He was able to diagnose my older Denali and fix it without breaking the bank. The repairs were really quite difficult involving removing the dash and repairing the transmission. Both were accomplished correctly and economically. Thanks Craftman!

Craftsman Auto Care - Fairfax
Crooks. They tried charging me $100 each for spark plugs. Yes SPARK PLUGS. You can get spark plugs for $5 each at auto zone. Then tried charging me almost $1500 for fixing my oil leak, I told them no and somehow the leak got bigger. Took it to another shop and they did it for $300. Not sure where those good reviews are coming from but I’ve heard from word of mouth that they are known for ripping people off. It’s really sad.

Craftsman Auto Care - Merrifield
I happened to come by when some guy named Matt was bouncing off the walls. Said he was the owner. Luckily I was helped by someone much calmer though he was carrying the biggest coffee mug I have ever seen. That guy was Great!! Explained what was done to my Mini bike and how I could prevent having it towed in again by just keeping fuel in the tank. I love this place. Superstars and Rockstars everywhere!!

I went to craftsman for new tires and an alignment. The work was done quickly, the car was delivered back to me clean (no grimy handprints or dirty footprints in/on the car) and their communication with me was top notch.

I had a tire pressure sensor notification. They checked on it and found nothing. Inflated the tire and waited to see if it stayed constant. Drove the car to make sure everything seemed correct. Charged me nothing because they said they didn't do anything. They did a lot. They gained a loyal customer.
