The work (oil change) was done as requested and no extras were sold to me. I especially like to full inspection report at the end with the pictures and notes by the mechanic.

My car engine wouldn't turn so I had my car towed here. Friendly staff and -- i don't know why-- but i was so enthralled that they texted me the results of the inspection they did on my car, and sent me a pdf of the estimate. Technology is neat. They replaced my starter and my car works again, so I have no complaints.

Took my truck in for an oil change and wanted them to check it out to ensure it didn't need other maintenance. Definitely very impressed with the website, the shop is clean, very nice customer waiting area, the online portal they use to show you what they have checked and what needs attention is best in the industry. They found some things that needed attention and quoted me their rates. Unfortunately, they weren't much different than my Chevy dealer and even though I was going to spend over $1,200 with them, they were only willing to honor my oil change coupon of a few bucks. Make sure to call around before commiting to any large job, even their transmission and coolant flush was dealer price worthy, especially see what the dealer is asking for the same job. Bottom line, they are the best when it comes to overall experience, but typical when it comes to pricing at $143/labor hour. Ended up getting the $1,200 job done for $750 at a smaller shop.
