I've always wanted to come here. I have a smart car so I wanted to be sure to go somewhere that they take care of your car. I've had my car broken by other service places. They even provide a ride to where you're going. I'd go here even though I live pretty far away. It's a small business and their customer experience is outstanding. The team members here are the best of the best in terms of quality service and providing a magical experience!

Service was quick, affordable and they fixed a couple of the small issues my car was having. Will definitely be back in the future.

The left rear brake light was out on my 2008 Toyota Highlander and I planned on replacing myself, but I was having trouble turning the knob on the compartment to replace. I brought a bulb with me to Craftsman Auto in Kingstowne and they told me that it would be a complicated 2.5 hour task to change, because they would have to remove my whole back bumper etc to access. They gave me an estimate of $396.95 ( which I had them text to me). I left and went to another auto mechanic. He changed the bulb in less than one minute. Feeling sorry for the many other customers that have most likely also ripped off. Extremely disappointed.

Being that I am someone who is very picky, cautious and a bit worried of about who I leave my car with, I can guarantee these guys will do a fantastic job and I trust them.

Went in for a tire rotation, came out with pieces all over my car. I tried to figure out where this pieces came from, found out that it was from the glove box. I open up my glove box in my car and what do you know there was the cover to the cabin filter in my glove box. They took off the glove box to get to the cabin filter and just felt like not putting it back together. I wonder what else they forgot to put back together. At this point I'm just waiting for my car to fall apart from some missing item they forgot to put back together. I came for a TIRE ROTATION, that should be easy to do right? Even that they didn't do right, they rotated only one pair of tire, like can they do anything right. I don't see how you can trust this company if they can't even put a cabin filter cover back together and at least correctly connect the glove box. I only noticed because the glove was shaking while I was driving. I hate how they send you this link for some COURTESY INSPECTION, detailing all the problems with my car. In order to do this courtesy inspection, they have to touch and some time take apart (like cabin filter) just to give you an inspection that you never asked for. Who know what they've broken while doing this inspection. If I wanted an inspection I would ASK for it. I just went in for a TIRE ROTATION. It might help if i spelled it out for them T-I-R-E R-O-T-A-T-I-O-N. I'm not surprised though, it's not my first bad experience with this company, but it's definitely my last.

From my parents experience today...well done! First they took the car nearby and had the emissions done for us. It passed so they didn’t have to worry about that. We took it in for a 60,000 mile service. Replaced front strut assemblies and sway bar links, wheel alignment, new battery (car had original) and we got a senior citizen discount. They seemed very nice and the girl when she delivered the car up front had a piece of candy with their card on the front seat. Nice touch J. Took about 4 hours. They really praised the fine shape the car is in. Said all the fluids were fine. We will keep them in mind for future service. Tell your friend we were pleased.

Bad experience and not straight forward

Andrew Gunn at Craftsman Auto is THE BEST. His knowledge, experience and customer 1st attitude is beyond compare. You can trust Andrew. He is the only one I trust with my 2015 GLK and I have 119,000 it! THANK YOU ANDREW! 🙂 Wendy

This service was done at Craftsman Auto Care of Fairfax. They have a great team there with excellent customer service. They ran into an issue but problem solved at minimal cost to me. Will go again and highly recommend!
