These people are the best! PERIOD! They went beyond the call of duty to make sure my Lexus pass emissions. I learned a lot about my own car while it was being serviced. The entire staff were excellent to work with and I would highly recommend anyone in the area to entrust their car to Craftsman Auto. I will only be taking my cars here from now on! Satisfied customer.

Small mishap with the face of wheel during mount and balance on a drag wheel. Andrew reached out immediately to plan resolving the matter. End result was they got me a pristine looking wheel back, with my Mickey Thompson back on it. Not many shops care to go to the extent these guys do. Couldn't be more satisfied with the way it was handled and outcome. Last Edit: Brought the 1LE back for a trans and Diff flush, Andrew recommend Syncro II fluid. This alone made a night and day difference in how smooth my shifts are. Sending the wife's car over for her regular maintenance after, very pleased with the service. Would/will recommend to a friend and return myself for future work.

This place is awesome! The staff is friendly they have a roomba with a face made out of stickers ! The service is fast and efficient and they even send a full diagnostic report with pictures explaining everything, they also have Groupons which make maintaining you car easier , and help keep it awesome. Will be back when the next oil change is due!
