I found my new go-to place. Staff is friendly and helpful. They send you a digital inspection which is nice; personally I haven't seen that elsewhere. They thoroughly explain everything that they do and will bring you into the garage to show you as well.

Went to them based on a recommendation from a coworker. They happen to have a Groupon so that made it even better. Excellent service. Friendly crew. Was so impressed, I got my other coworker to get her oil changed that very day. Will return.

Although I didn’t have an appointment, called them them to take my chances. They told me that they’d try to make it out by the afternoon at the most if I dropped my car off. Fortunately after going to the service center someone didn’t show up as per the schedule and my car got pulled in. It look like 40-45 minutes and the service I must say is great. They explain you everything on what they’ll be doing during the service, ask you if something needs to be replaced by exposing the severity of the product. One good thing is once the service is completed, they send a web link which has all the photos of what they’ve done with the status mentioned individually to every photo with the mechanics comments. Neat location, coffee bar, free WiFi, great staff!! Will definitely go back for my cars next service. Check Groupon for more offers.

Great to have Matt Curry back in business and that he has Andrew Gunn at the new location in Chantilly! Andrew's knowledge, expertise, and customer first approach cannot be matched! The whole team is top notch, “10 stars not 5”! Matt and his team have the training and knowledge necessary to keep your car running flawlessly. They are honest, trustworthy and the best you will find in the business. The Craftsman digital inspection is sent to you through email and text. It is not only high tech, it's invaluable to have picture documentation of your vehicle health and be able to communicate with the team in whatever format is best for you! It is also the most proactive and cost-effective way to head off costly problems if your vehicle is not maintained properly. My 2015 Mercedes Benz GLK 350 6 cylinder, with 130,000 miles has been maintained by Craftsman and I purchase my tires there also, their knowledge is unsurpassed. This week on my 89 mile trip from Baltimore to Gainesville I got 31.4 mpg, average speed 62. AWESOME AUTO CARE Craftsman Chantilly!!!

I haven't been happier with Auto service in a long, long time. Matt, Doyle, and all the rest of the guys here have been the most courteous and thoughtful people I've seen in the business, and I used to work in the business! They don't pull will over your eyes, and they are upfront with all labor. They even try to help with costs as much as possible, and work with you on parts as much as they can. I am appreciative of all their hard work and will be recommending all my friends get their cars worked on here for now on!

TERRIBLE alignment Job.
Hi Biby Medrano, I looked into your history report and found we told you that the car made a banging noise at idle during the initial test drive, your traction control light was on, there was a broken bolt in the frame, the TPMS light was on and the car needed some other minor work. We advised you that we needed some diagnostic time to find out why the Traction Control light was on and gave you an estimate for the other work needed on the car, which you declined to have done. We provided you with pictures of everything we found with our digital inspection, gave you an estimate for the repairs and you decided to not get the other repairs done. You just had ball joints and tie rods put in by some other shop and we did the alignment because evidentlly they don't have an alignment machine. Your 11 year old Jeep with over 100,00 miles was in pretty good shape besides the work we gave you an estimate. If we can help you in the future please let us know. I'm sorry your car needed additional work which you chose not to do but we can't fix your car for free.
