Great service! I found Craftman Auto Care on Groupon looking for a place to get my oil changed as well as a diagnosis on a squeaky sound coming from my car’s engine. I ended up having to replace my power steering pump, which they did the same day. They offered to drive me across the street to the nearby shopping center while they worked on my car. They sent me updates and pictures from the diagnosis they had done which I thought was unique. Overall I had a great experience with kind and helpful people. Thank you Mike & Raynaldo especially for making my first experience there great! I will definitely return!

Outstanding service! Whether it was the owners, managers, to the floor workers, all of them provided excellent care. We had the pleasure of dealing with Vernon, Matthew, Andrew, Doug and Bill and others which I unfortunately cannot remember their names. They were very thorough in fixing our cars as well as pointing out things we needed to keep an eye on. They also provided a checklist of everything they inspected along with photos and videos explaining what they were talking about. They did not pressure us to do any work. They explained what things were crucial to fix and what things that could wait. You do not feel like you are dealing with a company who is just trying to take your money. These are honest, expert workers who are truly giving you the best service.

Wow. Every time that these guys pick up the phone they brighten my day. Amazing customer service, amazing attitudes!!! I have never been so pleased with customer service in my life. They listened to me when I told them my car was a lease and wanted to go with a cheaper option— they found me new ones on the fly that were super affordable. So glad to have found this amazing auto shop!!

I have been here twice and what can I say, I got The Best service possible. They are reasonable and they value your time and understand your time crunch. They are experts in what they do and also very customer friendly. I stopped going to my dealership who always rip me off and provide me an OK service. Thanks to these guys.
