I assume five is a good number? Josh did a great job with my alignment. I typically go to the new merrifield location, but they recommend go to Fairfax to work on my modified car with lowered suspension. Josh took the time to ensure the aftermarket components were properly installed on my 2012 mustang.

Craftsman Auto Care was very thorough in diagnosing what repairs my car needed. My dealership recommended many repairs but Auto Care told me exactly what the car needed now. They were efficient and fast.

Very Impressive approach to diagnostics via texted videos of problems diagnosed. Made the case for the repairs very well. The repairs were costly; but necessary. No complaints. The service writer and mechanics were outstanding. The loaner was a great help as my business depends on my being able to keep my appointments. If there is such a thing as looking forward to having one's vehicle repaired, it will be with this shop.
