I knew my coolant was leaking slowly over time yet I couldn’t pinpoint the source and got through my work day as a Realtor by topping off the coolant reservoir. Because I took my vehicle to Craftsman prior I felt great about the customer service that was in store. There’s no surprise that when you have work done at Craftsman, their shop warranty surpasses other shops in some instances 3:1 years!!! Why bother with unknown reputations and double speak when you get up front quotes, straight talk prognosis of what ails your vehicle with one visit to Craftsman! Matt the owner got my vehicle up on a lift fast and the finding was a faulty water pump seal. No problem = under shop warranty! They drive me to a Buddy’s house to use his Jeep but Inspection was shot! Back to Craftsman for a fast inspection AND a full analysis in his email chain of critical and warning items to fix and watch for. No one does this thorough of a job on an inspection... my buddy now has a comprehensive list of safety items to fix in an informed, easy to follow report. I am 100% satisfied with the care this class act of a shop has in both servicing, timely turn around and amazing customer service. I also observed them in action with every spectrum of clients off the street from walk-ins to appointments! There’s no competition at your level. Sure a guy can and will do an equivalent service job cheaper. Try and get it repaired when it breaks! You’re never in the dark with Craftsman Auto Service.

Service was great. Everyone was very professional. Front office staff were friendly, polite, courteous and helpful. I needed to prep my vehicle for sale and they did a thorough inspection and gave me a clear report on the inner workings of my truck, what needed to be done to sell it, what could wait and everything that should be done if I decided to keep it. They were honest and sensitive to my situation.

MCCAC performed a pre-sale inspection of a used car. The inspection was very helpful. The technicians answered all of my questions, provided a documented report and useful suggestions about repair priorities. The inspection was performed on a busy Saturday afternoon and took about 2 - 2.5 times as long as estimated (still think it was valuable).
