Judy and Matt - Thanks for getting back into the business! Andrew and his team at Chantilly worked their magic on my 2010 diesel pick up and it runs better than when I drove it off the lot. The shop I had been using after you sold your prior company, couldn't even tell me how to fix all the noises and things that weren't quite right. Andrew and his team knew exactly what needed to be fixed and when I wondered if I could delay a certain item, one of the techs explained that the issue was impacting my ability to brake on my horse trailer effectively. I had noticed issues with the trailer braking but never thought it could be an issue with my truck. I did that and the other repairs recommended and truck and trailer brakes are back to normal and as I said the truck runs fantastic. I trust the Chantilly team to give me accurate advice and always to keep me, and my horses, safe as we drive up and down the east coast.

This is the best place ever!!! My husband is a dialysis patient and we needed to return home for his treatment by morning. Mr. Nguyen helped us to get back on the road, he stayed late to wait for us to get there. We would have been stranded, everywhere else was closed. He was God sent. Price was so reasonable, I will recommend Mr. Tire (Craftsman Auto Care) in Fairfax VA to all travelers. Happy motoring.

A huge thank you to Craftsman Auto Care in Merrifield (and prior to that, Alexandria) for taking great care of my car, answering my many questions and your realistic assessments. When my oil light turned on today, they were able to talk me through the potential issue or non-issue, provide a solution and explain the potential causes.
